From renovation to decoration, through to the promotion of products and their use in the kitchens, everything is designed to have a considered, ethical and sustainable impact.

Initiated in 2020, the renovation of Ferme Bonair’s buildings follows an eco-responsible approach, with priority given to second-hand materials and local contractors. Our environmental commitment is also reflected in the installation of solar panels, electric charging points, a bicycle parking area, rainwater harvesting, centralised energy management, smart home automation, etc. Furthermore, the majority of the décor is made up of items from local flea markets and charity shops, creating a unique and warm atmosphere while supporting the local and solidarity economy.

In addition, Ferme Bonair works as much as possible with products that are Belgian, seasonal and/or ethical, sourced from local partners and family businesses. Through these lasting and trusting relationships, sharing values common to those of the Farm, we guarantee a quality offering with quality products. Our teams also endeavour to adjust portions as best they can to offer a gourmet catering service and meals while reducing food waste.

At Ferme Bonair, we are convinced that limiting our carbon footprint is a daily challenge. While meeting the demands of our corporate and private clientele, we work to promote our eco-responsibly renovated spaces and promote our catering services from short and/or ethical supply chains.

At Ferme Bonair, since its renovation, having a social and sustainable impact is more than a trend: it is a state of mind, a philosophy.
